Step into the shoes of an independent K-pop artist/group. Imagine this: You were once part of the sensational, super famous K-pop group called [INSERT NAME OF YOUR FAVORITE K-POP GROUP HERE 😜]. But after a long and successful career, you're breaking away from your company to create your own independent K-pop company. Now you're doing things YOUR way. That means you get to dream up the concepts, outfits, lighting – EVERYTHING.
The K-Pop Creativity Workshop is your chance to learn a K-pop dance and film an incredible dance cover video under the creative control of you and your fellow group members (with a little help from K-Pop Oasis).

How Does It Work?
Day 1
You'll get to review the choreo again to clean up some of your moves and gain even more confidence for that final video.
You’ll also get a chance to talk to your group members about ideas you have for the video. Coordinate outfits, colors, lighting. You even have the option to plan out an intro/outro to spice up your video – Whether that’s simply starting the video in a formation your group plans, or dusting off your acting skills and performing a mini K-drama scenario before the choreography starts!
Day 2
This is where the magic happens. You'll have plenty of time during the week to practice, practice, practice at home so you're camera-ready by the end of the workshop!
Practice
At the end, you'll receive a video of your performance that you can keep and marvel at how truly spectacular you are!
Day 3: The Workshop Video
You’ll join a small group of 2-5 dancers (OR you can choose to go solo!) We'll learn about 1 minute or more of a K-pop choreography together. You'll also learn a few performance techniques for filming a dance video.
- Pick out your outfit with your group. The concept, style, makeup, accessories, props – It's all up to you and your group!
- Choose the lighting. You'll receive a form to select the color and style of lighting for your group video.

The K-Pop Dance Workshop is for ALL levels! Beginners and experienced dancers are both totally welcome.
Hey, stuff happens. That's fine! You're allowed to miss 1 dance class in order to participate in the Workshop. Just let me know ahead of time if you'll be missing a day!
Please only participate if you are an adult age 18 or over. If you're an adult, we are lovingly accepting of ALL adult age groups!
Unfortunately, there are no refunds for the K-Pop Workshop.
Nope! Our filming outfits are totally flexible. I'll give the group an idea of what to wear to fit the concept, and you will have the option to go shopping for some new 'fits or you can stick to whatever you currently have in your closet. No pressure to spend any extra cash. If you're having trouble finding something to wear, just let me know and we'll figure something out!
